The mind can be free of fear......of psychological fear. To be free of fear, one must live without attachment to the past or the future....in this moment there is only the truth of the SI. The breath and the Presence is reality.[/i]

These are three small books I bought, for what is a $ in India. They are for children, and I'd like to impart the foreword to you from the publishers in this thread. It's not on the Internet so I'll type it down myself. Dear Young Friends,
I wonder if you have ever asked yourself why you have to go to school year after year. Your parents pack you off to the kindergarten when you are only three, and then for the next fourteen years it is the same routine. You may change your school in between, but everywhere it is the same story. You learn to read and write, and if you are lucky to get good teachers you begin to enjoy learning new things. History, geography, mathematics, science, literature and so on open your minds to the extraordinary achievements of mankind.
What else do you learn at school? Perhaps you also discover your interests and talent for music or dance, for drama or games and so on. Also, you learn about discipline, respect, and behaviour.
But isn't there another whole area of life that you would like to be aware of, be introduced to -- the world of thoughts and feelings inside you. Must you not learn how you are hurt sometimes, what are the things that make you angry and how to deal with them or what your fears are and how they affect your relationship with teachers or parents or friends? Don't you want to know how you respond to the beauty of life in trees and plants and animals around you or how you feel when you see human beings suffer? Would you not like to find out what you love to do most so that what you do later as you grow up gives you a lot of joy?
There was a religious teacher in recent times whose name was J. Krishnamurti (1895-1986). He cared deeply for children. He often said you can learn much more from looking at life around you than from books. He wanted you to question everything, find out and learn for yourself directly and not depend on others. That way you can learn about your feelings, your fears and anxieties, your hopes and joys, and about all that goes on inside you.
These books in the series 'Krishnamurti for the Young' contain some very simple talks he had with children like you at school and the questions they asked. If you read these pages when you are quiet and by yourself, perhaps, you can think over the ideas expressed in them and find out if they are true for you. You can also make your own notes or discuss with your parents, teachers or friends. We hope you find them fascinating.

The challenge before us is to support all life in its natural movement, understanding that the core intelligence is always actively revealing ITSELF through all life's expressions. We recognize this and appreciate it in all that we do and say.... in doing so, we align consciously in purpose in support of ITs expression. [/i]
"The nurturance of life is the principle that an individual is in alignment with the natural expansion of intelligence inherent within all life. This is an alignment that enhances the life- energy that flows past the individual with the clear intent of gentle support. It is the action of identifying the highest motive in all energy forms and supporting the flow of this energy towards its ultimate expression. In so doing, the action is performed without judgment, analysis, or attachment to outcome. It is simply nurturing the energy that flows from all manifestations and supporting its expression of life.
This is a departure from the normal perception that nurturing support can only be granted when energy is in alignment with personal will. However, when the individual can view life as an integrated energy flowing in the expression of expanding intelligence, life is honored as an extension of First Source. In this context, there is no energy that is misdirected or unworthy of support and nurturance. While this may seem contrary to the evidence of abusive energy upon terra-earth, even energy that is laden with "evil intent" is nevertheless energy that is flowing outward in search of a higher expression.
All forms of energy can be nurtured and supported to their highest expression, and this is the fundamental action of this principle. It requires the ability to perceive the causal motive and ultimate expression of life-energy as it passes through the individual's sovereign reality."
"It is the perspective of the Sovereign Integral that all life is pure love in its fullest expression, and that in this single concept, all life is conceived and forever exists. This becomes the core belief from which all other beliefs arise, and by their extension, one's belief system emerges with a clear intent of supporting this fundamental perspective; of nurturing, observing, and appreciating the Universe of Wholeness as the cradle from which all life is created, evolves, and ultimately acknowledges."
"Through these life principles of the Sovereign Integral, the individual can become a master of unlimiting the Self. Boundaries are set, veils are pulled down, and one's light is subdued, simply because external, hierarchical controls create fear of the unknown and mystical practices of a sovereign being.
In these life principles, if they are truly applied with proper intent, are the tools to accelerate the emergence of the Sovereign Integral and feel itsperspective, its insights, and its empowered abilities to create new realities and shape them as learning adventures that liberate and expand consciousness. This is the underlying purpose of the principles and perhaps the best reason to explore them."
